Subject: Proposal of software agency.


IND AB is a  computer consulting company, located 20 miles north 
of Stockholm. We have competence in the fields of system specifi-
cation, design, and programming as well as hardware design.
We are now 5 employees, and we have right now room for 12 employees.

Our own assembly programming experience includes Z8, Z80, Z8000,
6800, 6809, 68000, 68020, 8051, 8080, and NSC800. At present, we 
have three program development systems in-house: Z80 based with CP/M,
Zilog System 8000 with UNIX, and IBM XT with MSDOS.

Our high language programming experience includes Cobol, PL/Z-Sys.,
Pascal and C.

We have also developed and are now marketing RTZ/80, an event-driven
real time executive, taylored for Z80.

This year we will also start marketing Industrial Programing INC:s
realtime operating system for microprocessors (MTOS).

We have no PDP or VAX of our own, but one of our consulting customers 
(Inter Innovation) have a VAX (and your products Source Tools and 
pascal) which they are willing to let us use also for this purpose. 
We are now running it through modems and are therfore able to demon-
strate your products on our own terminals. In the future we will buy 
a VAX or a PDP. Their is also possible for us to demonstrate your pro-
grams on Frontecs VAX:s.


Oregon Software takeover procedure:

If your company accept IND as your agent in scandinavia, then we
that you call and write back to your decision, as soon as possible, 
becausce we are planning to start selling your products from 1 th of 
march 1986, if your company accept IND as your agent.

During the first 6 months after taking over Oregon Softwares products, 
we will work close together with Frontec, during that time we will 
gradually learn how your products works.
