Subject: Proposal for mutual agency


IND AB is a Swedish computer consulting company, located 20 miles
north of Stockholm. We have competence in the fields of system
specification, design, and programming as well as hardware design.

Our own assembly programming experience includes Z8, Z80, Z8000,
6800, 6809, 68000, 8051, 8080, and NSC800. At present, we have three
program development systems in-house: Z80 based with CP/M,
Zilog System 8000 with Unix, and IBM XT with MSDOS.

We have also developed and are now marketing RTZ/80, an event-driven
real time executive, taylored for Z80. A Z8 version of RTZ is also
available, yet another is planned for Z800. The main RTZ charac-
teristics are: compact, fast, and simple to use (please refer to
enclosed pamphlet and user's guide). By now, we have had four years
of positive user experience of RTZ.

Intended to be a marketing tool, a portable demonstration unit is
presently being developed, where the main capabilities of RTZ will
be pedagogically demonstrated.

We now propose some form of co-operation, where IND AB will market
Your assemblers and cross assemblers in Sweden or in the whole
Scandinavia, and where 2500AD Software Inc. will market our
existing and coming versions of RTZ in USA.

We believe, Your and our products would complement each other and
at the same time gain easier access to far-away markets.
