technical data and any direct products thereof furnished by IPI or IPI 
Europe Lth (IEL) or any of the representatives of IPI or IEL will be 
distributed to our customers in Norway and Sweden pursuant to the execu-
tion, by the customer, of the enclosed letter of assurance.
This certification is provided pursuant to the General Licence, GTDR sec-
tion of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations which state that the 
technical data and direct product thereof will not be transmitted or for-
warded to the following restricted countries:

In the event of a request for reexport of this technical data or any di-
rect product thereof is received from one of the above listed countries, 
we will cooperate fully with IPI to insure that prior approval is receiv-
ed from the U.S. Department of Commerce and no shipment or transfer shall 
occur until such written approval is received.
